2.5 Impact Assessment
The purpose of this section is to assess and document the impact (on the organization) of the change required in order to transition from the current to the target state business architectures.
In terms of quality criteria, this section should make clear:
- Description of the organizational impact at a level that enables the organization to determine the change management requirements for program(s)/project(s)
