ARB submission - Conceptual
The Architecture Review Board (ARB) governs the department’s enterprise architecture capability and steers the creation and implementation of the enterprise architecture, including segment and domain roadmaps, reference architecture and principles.
The standing agenda of the ARB is :

To provide confidence that the key components of the Architecture (Conceptual) remain aligned to the resolution of the original problem or delivery of the identified opportunity.
To provide a brief for the release of control from one architectural domain (Concept to Logical/Physical)
Business investment options analysis
The options Analysis provides a structured approach to the investment considerations of a selected solution implementation.
From a range of investment options, a particular approach is recommended for their match to the Physical requirements.
Conceptual Architecture (Master Solution Architecture)
The Conceptual Architecture has a primary focus of defining the business context of a system and is used to describe the boundaries of the business and ICT environments in which the system will operate.

The purpose of the Stakeholder catalog is to identify the stakeholders for the architecture engagement, their influence over the engagement, and their key questions, issues, or concerns that must be addressed by the architecture framework.
Understanding stakeholders and their requirements allows an architect to focus effort in areas that meet the needs of stakeholders (see the TOGAF Standard — ADM Techniques).
Due to the potentially sensitive nature of stakeholder mapping information and the fact that the Architecture Vision phase is intended to be conducted using informal modeling technique
