The Architecture Review Board (ARB) governs the department’s enterprise architecture capability and steers the creation and implementation of the enterprise architecture, including segment and domain roadmaps, reference architecture and principles. The standing agenda of the ARB is : • Confirmation of Minutes and Actions • Strategy and Business Architecture • Roadmaps and Standards • Application and Technology Architectures • Enterprise Architecture Assessments • Architecture Technical Working Group • Other Business

To provide confidence that the key components of the Architecture (Conceptual) remain aligned to the resolution of the original problem or delivery of the identified opportunity. To provide a brief for the release of control from one architectural domain (Concept to Logical/Physical)

The options Analysis provides a structured approach to the investment considerations of a selected solution implementation. From a range of investment options, a particular approach is recommended for their match to the Physical requirements.

The Conceptual Architecture has a primary focus of defining the business context of a system and is used to describe the boundaries of the business and ICT environments in which the system will operate.
